Andre Maurice Amaru Dey (Hill-Harris) Sr.- Principal Chief
As the Chief of UAAR Nation, Principal Chief Andre Maurice Amaru Dey (Hill-Harris) Sr. brings 67 years of expertise in food processing, construction, and housing/business development. In his role as Chief Diplomat, he fosters relationships with aboriginal nations, tribal entities, and community-based organizations worldwide.
A dedicated metaphysical scientist, Chief Dey integrates advanced spiritual and technological knowledge to safeguard and empower UAAR Nation’s associates and alliances, ensuring their prosperity and protection.

As a key figure within UAAR, Grand Queen Mama Lubaba, alongside Chief Andre and the esteemed Council of Elders, is dedicated to manifesting the highest metaphysical frequencies of universal balance and protection for our developing tribal lands and members. Her wisdom and leadership continue to uplift and strengthen our community as we move toward self-sustainability, cultural preservation, and holistic well-being.

Brenda Allen - Minister of Education
Brenda Allen is a dedicated educator and leader with a rich background in information technology and education. She retired as an Information Technology Training Supervisor from the Los Angeles Unified School District, having also served as an IT Trainer, Project Manager, School Office Manager, and Branch Secretary for KLCS-TV.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Brenda previously owned and operated Neith Enterprises, LLC, and Accurate Medical Transcription Service. She is currently the Founder and President of Ma’at Sankofa, LLC, African Learning Temple, where she continues her commitment to education and cultural enrichment.
Since relocating to Florida in 2012 after a 25-year career in education, she has remained active in community service, volunteering with various nonprofit organizations.

Dale Kenya Kenyatta Dey Horton - Minister of Culture
Dale Kenya Kenyatta Dey is an accomplished bassist who has played alongside legendary artists such as Bobbi Humphrey, Rufus and Carla Thomas, Joe Simon, Lucky Peterson, and Dorothy Norwood. His musical journey has taken him across the globe, performing in countries including Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and throughout Europe, including France and Germany.
Beyond music, Dale is also a master chef, bringing creativity and passion to the culinary arts.
With an extensive background in tile work and home remodeling, Dale blends artistry with craftsmanship, showcasing his expertise in transforming spaces.

Terrance Lake - Elder Council Chairman/Prime Minister
I’m Terrence S Lake. I’m the author of the book “God’s Child “. I’m the Chairman of the Council of Elders and I oversee the meetings. I worked at Ford Motor Company as a millwright apprentices. I worked for Champion Spark Plug in Detroit as a machine setup and repairman. I worked for General Dynamics as an electronics technician and troubleshooting tech.
I moved to Canada and worked for a German company named Dieffenbacher of North America. I was a machine builder doing the hydraulics, and electronics and installation in Canada, USA and Mexico. I’ve been retired since 2010.

Andre Maurice Amaru Dey (Hill-Morris) Jr. - Head Jurist/Minister of the Consulate
Andre Maurice Amaru Dey Hill-Morris is an Aboriginal Jurist and Minister of the Consulate Department of UAAR, where he upholds the sovereignty, legal affairs, and diplomatic relations of the nation.
With an extensive background in construction contracting—particularly in electrical work—he has played a key role in infrastructure development and sustainability. Holding a degree in agribusiness, he is deeply committed to land stewardship, self-sufficiency, and economic empowerment for indigenous communities.
A Master Cosmologer with 25 years of study and application, he brings a profound understanding of cosmic cycles, metaphysics, and their practical integration into governance and daily life. His leadership is rooted in wisdom, experience, and a dedication to the advancement of UAAR and its people.
